Fabrice Cassin is a partner in energy law, environmental law, public contracts law, and urban planning law.

A specialist in public law, Fabrice Cassin works in the field of energy law, environmental law, public contracts, urban planning, administrative litigation and complex operations. Involved in the renewable energies sector for over fifteen years, he assists his clients – major private operators – in implementing energy projects (in particular, through competitive tenders, administrative authorizations, land acquisition and environmental diagnoses), in France and on the international scene, informing them of the risks to which they may be exposed.

More particularly, he intervenes in both land-based and off-shore wind farm projects as well as hydroelectric, photovoltaic and biomass projects. A member of the board of directors of France Energie Eolienne, he also chairs the Laws and Regulations Commission. With a doctorate in law, Fabrice Cassin lectures in Public Law at the University of Paris Est.
