Effective management of conflicts of interest is at the heart of our client relationships. We apply strict and systematic procedures, established several years ago, to prevent any potential conflict, whether ethical or commercial, with our new or existing clients, whether new or long-lasting.

We also ensure regulatory compliance through robust internal processes and the ongoing commitment of our specialist data protection teams.

In addition, our lawyers are required to take extra care and be particularly vigilant in the prevention of money laundering and follow due procedure. To this end, we provide regular in-house training on these critical issues.

Our firm is actively committed to reducing our environmental impact, a key component of our sustainable development strategy. Despite the low environmental risk associated with the legal advisory business, we have set ambitious goals for monitoring energy efficiency and environmental performance.

We have equipped all of our printers with a secure printing system to minimise unrecovered printouts. On top of this, a print reduction policy has been implemented and is the subject of regular internal communications, with periodic evaluations to ensure that these targets are met.

To reduce our waste production, we have put in place recycling initiatives to sort and recycle plastics, glass, paper and ink cartridges.
