Our law firm is structured in such a way as to clarify the roles and responsibilities of the various governance bodies, thereby ensuring complete transparency and shared approval of strategic directions by all levels of management.

To encourage the active involvement and participation of all members of our firm, we have set up several committees. These ensure the smooth operation and better understanding of pressing issues at stake, ensuring constant and clear communication amongst partners, associates and support functions.

This organisational structure reflects our ongoing commitment to shared vigilance and gender equality. We have a woman leading the firm as senior partner since its inception, reflecting our belief in and commitment to greater inclusion and equal opportunities.

Compliance

Effective management of conflicts of interest is at the heart of our client relationships. We apply strict and systematic procedures, established several years ago, to prevent any potential conflict, whether ethical or commercial, with our new or existing clients, whether new or long-lasting.

We also ensure regulatory compliance through robust internal processes and the ongoing commitment of our specialist data protection teams.

In addition, our lawyers are required to take extra care and be particularly vigilant in the prevention of money laundering and follow due procedure. To this end, we provide regular in-house training on these critical issues.

Environment

Our firm is actively committed to reducing our environmental impact, a key component of our sustainable development strategy. Despite the low environmental risk associated with the legal advisory business, we have set ambitious goals for monitoring energy efficiency and environmental performance.

We have equipped all of our printers with a secure printing system to minimise unrecovered printouts. On top of this, a print reduction policy has been implemented and is the subject of regular internal communications, with periodic evaluations to ensure that these targets are met.

To reduce our waste production, we have put in place recycling initiatives to sort and recycle plastics, glass, paper and ink cartridges.

Societal

Our firm is deeply committed to social initiatives, collaborating with various associations to enable our lawyers and staff to contribute to social projects, thereby strengthening our collective commitment.

Several of our lawyers also teach at colleges and universities, playing an active role in the training of future talent and the promotion of our craft.

In addition, our firm is involved in the public sphere and contributes to the dynamic nature of the legal profession by actively participating in professional organisations, both nationally and internationally, helping to shape the future of law and legal practice worldwide.

To ensure a smooth onboarding and welcome to our firm, we have developed a personalised orientation process for all new arrivals, whether they are trainees, associates or employees. This process begins with an individual welcome by a member of our HR team, followed by a training and support period with their team and the partners, thus ensuring an effective and successful integration into our firm.
