Margot Alleaume practises in commercial litigation, advising French and international companies, executives and investors on the management of their disputes and pre-litigation matters.
She has experience in contractual disputes, post-acquisition litigation and directors’ liability, as well as in insolvency and restructuring law. This experience was gained through numerous internships with leading French and Anglo-Saxon law firms specialising in commercial litigation, as well as at the French Financial Markets Authority (Autorité des marchés financiers).
Margot holds a Master 2 in General Private Law from Université Paris Panthéon-Assas and a University Diploma in Insolvency and Restructuring Law from Université Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
